Precision reduction of electrolytic-grade copper rod. In-line automated annealing eliminates cold-brittleness and prevents work-hardening across all cross-sections.

Advanced Extrusion
In-house FR and FR-LSH PVC compounding, plus thermoplastic HFFR (LSH1) per IS 17048:2018, formulated and extruded on-site. Insulation resistance is tested against applicable statutory requirements.
